Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA)

Patriot Aquatics models PCA's goals:

  1. The Double-Goal Coach, whose first goal is winning, and whose second, more important goal is teaching life lessons through sports.
  2. The Second-Goal Parent, who concentrates on life lessons, while letting coaches and athletes focus on competing.
  3. The Triple-Impact Competitor, who strives to impact sport on three levels by improving oneself, teammates, and the games as a whole.

We're more than just Aquatics!

Patriot Aquatics celebrates friendship, loyalty, and cooperation.  Coaches, athletes, and families of Patriot Aquatics take pride in our supportive team environment. Each week, our team explores components of Coach Wooden's Pyramid of Success and how they apply to school, sports, and life.

Other team activities include:

  • San Clemente Ocean Festival
  • Team Retreats
  • Pancake Breakfasts
